Halloween has officially taken over Waukegan, and local neighborhoods are getting into the spirit—literally. 🎃👻

Across the city, front yards are turning into spooky showcases, with creepy graveyards, grinning jack-o’-lanterns, ghostly figures, and larger-than-life decorations greeting passersby. Some displays are playful and family-friendly, while others look like they came straight from a haunted house.
